Toll Charges for 443 Area Code Phone Numbers

Starting July 1, 2018, toll charges will apply to all 443 area code phone numbers.This change is being made in order to help fund the construction of the new Woodrow Wilson Bridge. The tolls will be collected by the Maryland Transportation Authority (MdTA) and will be in effect 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The rates for the new tolls have not been released yet, but they are expected to be in line with the rates for the 495 and 301 area codes.
