Spam Call
Call came in as a wireless caller local number. Television receiver update scam. Say they upgraded your receiver over the phone and want you to mail them a check. They gave you a phony Call back number to the name of Matt Miller and the number they give is 779-246-8770. That number is a scam number in the Chicago area. The address they tell you to mail the check to is PO Box 940746, Plano, TX 75094. When I called them on their scam at the very end they became very irate but I did manage to keep them on the phone for at least a half an hour so they couldn’t scam someone that didn’t know any better. People that know better should do the same.
