    Called my work phone claiming to be collections for AMEX. kept me on phone for 40 minutes trying to make me give information. Said would email me documents. never received anything. Claimed to have all my info from my bank

    Didn't answer unrecognized number; no voicemail left. If this is a collection agency for Amex as some suggest I suspect they are calling about an account held by an ex in an attempt to phish info of her whereabouts - which is illegal. I don't have any credit accounts with Amex.

    They call hang up don't leave a message , I believe they are calling for American ex I've been told ?? .. I don't owe them. I'm paid in full more than likely unscrupulous collection co , allegedly?? ..
