Same experience as David above. after calling the real Chase from the number on the back of my debit card, they said they had no record of calling my cell phone. ALWAYS call them back from the number on your card

Phishing number. Purports to be Chase Bank Security, leaves number. Didn't leave message, but texted reported charge (on a closed acct. they had cracked some months ago), with yes / no "is this your charge?". Replied no and they texted back that the charge was declined, and gave phone number above. Dial phone number, and they ask for account no. etc. Well done fraud. So never reply to phone number in a security message. Look up phone numbers on your bank statements, back of credit card, or other regular docs where you make the call.

This number continues to call saying they are from CHASE fraud prevention about checking account and list the last four of my account. They request a click on a link that then requires the Multi-factor code to be provided to them. SCAM!
